Access to Justice Commission Town Hall Meetings
The Arkansas Access to Justice Commission was established by the Arkansas
Supreme Court to examine and propose methods of addressing the civil
legal needs of low income Arkansans. The Commission has a challenging
mission:
to provide equal access to justice in civil cases for all Arkansans.
One
of the first things the Commission determined it needed to understand was
the nature and extent of the civil justice needs in the state and
how these might needs might better be addressed. To help accomplish
