Assistant to the Executive Director, Arkansas Access to Justice Commission

Mr. Owens began his professional career in healthcare, performing x-ray and CT exams as a radiologic technologist at North Metro Medical Center. At the same time, he attended Hendrix College and graduated in 2008 with a B.A. in philosophy. Shortly after graduating, he joined the staff of the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission as its Program Coordinator.
In 2010, Mr. Owens became the Assistant to the Executive Director of the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission. He coordinates the Commission's communications efforts, manages its website content, and organizes it meetings. In addition to working for the Commission, Mr. Owens works for the Arkansas Legal Services Partnership and the Arkansas IOLTA Foundation.
Mr. Owens is married to Kila Owens, public relations coordinator for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation. They live in Jacksonville.
