Legal Services Corporation Board Member Jonann Chiles to address CALS Board Meeting
Joann Chiles, a member of the national Legal Services Corporation Board, will attend the Center for Arkansas Legal Services Board meeting on October 31st at 2 p.m.  Ms. Chiles, a Little Rock attorney, was appointed to the LSC Board in 2006 by President George Bush.

Ms. Chiles will deliver the LSC Update to the Center's Board of Directors.  She will discuss how the LSC Board works: its main areas of focus; its current initiatives; and 2008 Congressional funding.  She will be returning from the LSC Board meeting in Portland, Maine October 26-27 and is seeking the input of local board members for discussion at the next national LSC Board meeting in January 2008.
